The Science Of Mindfulness Talks are produced for a professional community and urban culture seeking deeper understanding about how to better balance their lives through the power of daily mindfulness practices. The talks educate, inspire and connect people to the most up to date scientific evidence, tools, techniques and support in the world of mindfulness and wellness.

 

Vanessa and Todd have both travelled globally to speak and lead Mindfulness retreats, TED x talks and trainings. Mindfulness Talks typically run for 60 minutes, with unique, short mindful and meditation techniques fused into conversation. They have lead talks both virtually and in person for corporations, non-profits, and in 2019 - 2020 for the Ace Hotel group.
