FOUNDER MINDCURATE + MINDFULNESS TRAINER

Vanessa Palmer is internationally known for her work as a mindfulness trainer, breath-work facilitator, yoga and meditation teacher, passionate creative director and and story teller, self-help author and mindful documentary filmmaker, who is passionate about pioneering the mindfulness movement into mainstream society. She is the creator of the mindful documentary series "Prana Warriors" currently airing on Amazon Prime and Apple TV, and published mindfulness author of the book "OM FOR THE MOM". 

 

This deep commitment to personal practice and mindful living inspired Vanessa to start MindCurate, a mindfulness training program and wellness technology company. MindCurate offers international retreats, produces guided meditations, breath and multi-sensory sound experiences, and creates Zen mindfulness spaces in urban environments. Her publishings, mindful talks and guided meditations have taught thousands of people how to incorporate simple, mindfulness meditation and breath-work techniques into their daily life to manage stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, addiction and PTSD. During her career, Vanessa has trained CEOs, business leaders, lawyers and students in mindfulness techniques to improve their work life balance and quality of their day to day life. 

 

Vanessa’s passion for living and teaching the art of mindfulness has taken her on a life changing journey for nearly 20 years. She is internationally certified in mindfulness meditation, pranayama (breath-work training), yoga and nervous system training.

Vanessa is also a public speaker on mindfulness, charitable wellness (philanthropy), mindful living and creativity, leading talks for corporations and conscious collectives. She currently hosts a series called “Mindful Talks - The Science Of Mindfulness” at the ACE Hotel in Chicago.

Todd Fink

MINDFULNESS TRAINER

Todd is a mental health professional and counselor of Linden Oaks Hospital since 2001.  He is also an artist, thinker, speaker and social and environmental activist. He is the co-founder of the acclaimed music group The Giving Tree Band and the creator of the "Kind Mind" podcast.

 

He holds certifications in addiction counseling and mindfulness meditation and earned his psychology and music degrees from Georgetown University. Todd has been a wellness consultant and mentor for Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, schools, governments and other organizations and leads many seminars and international retreats.  He draws upon experiences from extensive world travel, encounters with eminent scientists, creatives and spiritual leaders - and works fervently to help communities build sustainable cultures of well-being and peace.

A modern Renaissance man - his songs, videos, articles and lectures on health and harmony have inspired so many around the world. He has had an album reach the Top 40 on the Americana Radio Charts and his podcast has routinely been a Top 40 in the category of Alternative Health.
